I have some additional requirements that you didn’t mention.
A potential suitor must not wear mandles – (I don’t know why but I hate it when men wear sandals.)
A potential suitor must not have a funny last name. I don’t mean an ethnic name but just a funny sounding name. I can’t mention any examples without potentially offending someone. (But you know who you are.)
A potential suitor must not be a Democrat. (No offense intended to any Democrats out there – but marry your own kind, ok?)
Of course I’m joking about the above statements, but only half-joking.

This is a riot, but deadly serious at the same time. A missionary friend asked for prayer from us the other day. His 24 year old daughter married a Christian college graduate a few months ago. The day after the wedding, her new husband announced that he is and always has been an atheist. The bride and her family are devastated and feel utterly betrayed. So, yes, it is vitally important that we parents help our Christian daughters by teaching them how to properly vet a husband!

Definitely a book the Hunter family would appreciate. The first gentleman that Emily even considers dating not only needs her father’s approval, but her older brothers’, too. Your daughter is absolutely gorgeous. I think I’d be demanding 2 grizzly bears!
